teams. With so many years of experience, Etisbew has come up with a unique working process that is able to mitigate the possible

How is the communication headache handled?
Irrespective of the location of the extended team, all our teams are equipped with internationally reachable
phones along with full time availability on Instant messengers like Google Talk and Skype and of course on
emails. Teams can also be reached for online conferences via WebEx sessions. We also have the practice of
creating group email id for each project team so it becomes easy for our end clients to communicate with full
team whenever required.
Will there be any overlap on a daily basis to work with the extended team?
Etisbew has more than a decade of experience in working on the extended team model where in dedicated
technology resources are deployed on client accounts. Depending on each client need, we formulate a team
that ensures that there is a reasonable coverage during the client time zone to facilitate daily discussions with
the Engagement Manager and the team members, conduct online conferences for explaining requirements,
taking updates from the team etc.

How is the extended team managed or anchored?
Etisbew has several Client Engagement managers whose primary role is to manage the extended teams
deployed for our end clients. The Engagement manager is the single point of contact between the client
stake holders and the extended team and is primarily responsible for ensuring project success, timely
deliverables and taking care of any red flags during the course of execution of the projects.
What if you need some cross technology skills?
Etisbew have technology teams like Dot Net, ColdFusion, PHP, JAVA and mobile. We also have web
developers who are highly expertized in working with PSDs, converting into html, scripting and jQuery etc. To
support this core web development team, we have in-house teams comprising of User Interface designers,
2D and 3D animators, usability experts and also other. So depending on the exact needs demanded by the
project, Etisbew can deploy necessary people.
Do you follow any project management process and systems to handle production support issues?
The teams at Etisbew are well versed in using popular project management systems like Share Point, JIRA,
Red mine etc. Apart from the in-house systems, depending on specific need of the end client we also adopt
to Project Management systems used by our clients.
