This document discusses how information and communication technologies (ICTs) can help improve education through more dynamic learning processes that do not require students and teachers to be in the same physical location. It provides examples of Web 2.0 technologies like social networks, wikis and blogs that allow users to generate and share content online in participatory communities. Specifically, it describes ºÝºÝߣShare as a free site where PowerPoint and other presentations can be uploaded in flash format for online viewing, sharing and forming educational communities. The benefits of ºÝºÝߣShare include easily disseminating and archiving presentations without large email attachments or website uploads.
