INTRODUCTION
The project titled COLLEGE WEBSITE WITH CHATTING FACILITY is the college
management site for monitoring and controlling all activities in the college. Computer plays an
important role in online academic results. Speed, reliability and
accuracy of the computer make it a powerful tool for different
purposes. The project entitled College website with chatting
facility is based on carrying out various tasks which goes
under college management. It will control all activities for a
particular college. To handle all tasks, system have been
divided into different module and presentation a single window, so that its user can handle it in
eco-friendly manner. This project is developed in Java jsp as front end and mysql as back end.

The main objective of the project is to plan, organize and manage the college
task. This project aims at making various activities of college easy by
converting the current system into more user friendly one. It include
registering and view the details of all college members, we can publish the
new events and news's, also possible to post the student results, add
attendance details for each students etc. And this project also help to keep a
chatting facility among the college members.

This is the main module in the proposed project. The

membership as per requirement plans..
2.PrincipalModule
In this module, principal can add the latest and amazing news
and events in the college. And also principal can register each
branches in the college. Principal module also have the ability
for view the details of various members in our college.

It is the module where, HOD can register and view the details of
teaching staff, each semester and various subject in each branch.
HOD has the ability for view his/her profile and edit it.
4.TeachingStaff
Here the staff can register and view the details each student. Also it
is possible to enter the attendance, internal marks to the system
and also allows to post the university marks of each students.
5.Student
In this student module each student should have the ability to view
their results and also allow them to register for any examinations.
