Granollers is a city located 15km from the coast with nearly 60,000 inhabitants. It has a mild climate protected by surrounding mountains. There are several parks in Granollers including Parc Puig de Forques with views of the city, Parc del Lledoner with a lake and trees, and Parc Ramassar where children play sports. Other natural areas near Granollers are Can Cabanyes, Font del Rdium springs, and the Congost and Montnegre mountains which attract many tourists.

- 3. SITUACI GEOGRFICA In Granollers there are a lot of inhabitants, so its a beautiful city to visit. Granollers has got approximately 59,953 inhabitants. It is the capital of Vall竪sOriental, its 15km from the sea. Its surrounded by the river Congost and the mountains: Montseny, Berti, Gallifa, Forrell, C辿llecs and Sant Bartomeu. And also Granollers its surrounded by these cities: Les Franqueses del Vall竪s, Canovelles, Parets, Montmel坦, Montorn竪s, La Roca del Vall竪s, Vilanova del Vall竪s, Lli巽 de Vall and Lli巽 dAmunt. In Granollers we have a lot of tourists. The Montseny is probably the place which has got more tourists, but another place that has got a lot of tourists is the Serra of Montnegre. The climate is mild because the inversion is protected by the maritime influence of the surrounding mountains. Granollers is 10km far from Sabadell airport and 32km from Barcelona Port, which is modern and convenient.
- 6. Parc Puig of Forks This park of 32,000m2 is located in the Serra de Llevant (Eastern Range) on the edge of the urbanized area between the neighbourhood of Fountain Green and industrial Ramassar. The small elevation of the site and its geographical location allow us to enjoy magnificent views of the city of Granollers.

- 12. Parc Torras Vill What is Municipal Park Torras and apartments? Municipal Park and Villa Park Torras are the oldest in the city, more than 30 years old. The landscape improvements and environmental restoration, including the recovery of riverbanks, forest regeneration and the creation of an existing artificial wetland, have increased naturalization and diversity of riparian environments of space. Can Cabins space is a haven for wildlife and bird River Gorge for colonizing the wetland that has been built. Have a great biological value in a per urban area and there have been identified 86 plant species and 35 bird species.

- 18. RIU CONGOST The Congost is a river basin Bes坦s. - 20. MONTNEGRE The park Montnegre, situated on the mountain range between the Maresme and Vall竪s Oriental, has an area of approximately 15,000h. Man settled in these mountains in ancient times.
