This document discusses several psychological concepts: observational learning which is learning through watching others; situational attributions which is attributing causes of actions to external factors; upward counterfactuals which is imagining better outcomes for past events; social facilitation which is performing better when others are present but individual contributions are identifiable; and self-fulfilling prophecy which is when others' initial expectations of you come true.
Situational attributions
-Assuming that the cause of an action is due to external/environmental factors
Upward counterfactuals

Self-fulfilling prophecy
- Other people’s initial expectation towards you come true
Social facilitation occurs when people are performing in the presence of others yet their individual contributions can be identified
Self-fulfilling prophecy
