This document outlines the members and objectives of a sub-group on communication strategy. It identifies key stakeholders in public and private sectors, including government ministries, companies, universities, and media. It proposes strategies for the African Minerals Development Centre (AMDC) to effectively communicate with stakeholders, such as sending annual reminder letters to ministries, using geological events to spread messages, establishing national contact points, and issuing newsletters. The sub-group will continue working with AMDC on communication after this preliminary work.
