He has over Ten (13) years' experience in the computer industry with strong emphasis on Systems Maintenance, Client - Server configuration, Network installation and maintenance. He is highly experienced in the installation and configuration of Windows NT, Windows 2000, windows2003 and Unix Servers. He is a Microsoft certified system Engineer (MCSE) since 2000, has a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) and has completed all training requirements as prescribed by the Compaq Accredited Systems Engineer (ASE) Program, with special emphasis on Windows 2000.
