8. Commercial Terms
Contingency/ Contract Staffing
The contractual charges and bill rates quoted for
supplying temporary staffing services to CLIENT
are subject to adjustment or change without prior
notice to the CLIENT .
CONTRACTORS shall charge
1)10 - 15 % of the CTC Salary of the temporary
staffing employee.
2) 4 % Sourcing on annual CTC.
3) 8.33% transfer or absorption on offered
annual CTC at the time of Transfer/ Absorption.
