This document provides structure and vocabulary for comparing and contrasting two things X and Y. It lists words that can be used to indicate that X is or is not as something as Y such as "totally, completely, entirely" to mean X is something and "not quite, as/so" to mean X is not quite as something as Y. It also lists intensifiers that can be used such as "considerably, a great deal, (very) much, (quite) a lot, rather, somewhat, a little, slightly" to describe how X is more or less something than Y. Finally, it lists words that can be used to indicate that X is or is not exactly the same as Y.
