 I use this to demonstrate the value of the training

 It also gives a measure to the client of the level of
success of the workshop and the remaining gaps in
competency of their event teams

 Employ estimating techniques and use ratios – event metrics
 Undertake cost control and cost reduction

Risk Management

human error and the ‘near miss’
