The training course consists of three sections that allow you to get acquainted with the normative content categories of training, concept and basic principles of learning outcomes in different areas of development stages of evaluation and criteria for evaluation of learning outcomes. Provides for variation of approaches to choice of forms, types of methods of evaluating learning outcomes. Training course provides lectures and seminars in groups of up to ten people.

This document summarizes the energy efficiency efforts of OBERBE TON-IN V ES T, Ltd, a manufacturer of reinforced concrete structures. The company conducted an energy audit that identified optimization of production processes and equipment as areas for improvement. Measures implemented included reducing the heating time for concrete molds, insulating mold walls, and modernizing lighting. These measures saved 45.2 MWh of natural gas annually from optimizing mold heating, and over 40 MWh of electricity annually from lighting modernization. Employee training on energy efficiency helped optimize implementation of such measures going forward.
The Novomykolayivskyi Dairy Plant implemented several energy efficiency measures that allowed it to reduce its energy consumption by 6.1% and greenhouse gas emissions by 19%. It optimized technological processes by installing variable speed drives and updating its cooling system. It also increased staff knowledge on energy efficiency topics through training. The measures generated cost savings of over UAH 500,000 annually with payback periods of 1-2 years and have led the company to consider additional upgrades like a more efficient boiler.
