C orporate  S ocial  R esponsibility  ( CSR ) It all starts with the  Vision   of the leader, gained by insights from looking inside (one2one executive coaching), shaped in his clear sighted mind and fuelled by his passion Together  leader and dedicated team, which is enabled through group coaching to adopt the leaders new approach (leading through coaching) and communication culture (coaching culture)  they elaborate the SMART   G oals  from their (companys) current   R eality , identified by using (e.g.) CUSOMERS VOICE, stakeholders opinion questionnaires, PESTLE and based on a detailed and accurate SW O T   analysis towards their now common vision (buy in through inclusion).
