The group cooked lasagna, meatballs, and garlic bread at Jacquelyn's house with her mom's help. They made the sauce, noodles, meat, and baked the lasagna in two pans. While waiting for the food to bake, the author was nervous around Jacquelyn's dog and asked others to keep it away. They learned how to make lasagna and its ingredients. The firefighters enjoyed the food when the group brought it to them.

3. After we got done cooking we sat around for a while
waiting for the food to get done. While we were waiting
Jacquelyn's dog kept coming by me. I'm scared of
animals, so I kept moving so it wouldnt touch me, but
it kept trying to come by me. I wanted to kick it but I
thought about it and said, I dont know these people
and they could possibly press charges on me for
animal endangerment. I also knew if I did it I would
more than likely fail the midterm. Therefore I just asked
them to make sure it didnt come by me anymore.
Then I just went along with what I was doing.
4. Jacquelyn's mom benefited it. We used
her house to cook the food. Me and the
other people that did the project just

8. There was six or seven of us in the
kitchen all at the same time and
animals running in and out. If
everybody wasnt in there at the same
time, doing the same things, it
wouldve been easier to move around.
9. When we got to the fire station the
firefighters were just there, sitting
around waiting on us. They talked to us
about what we wanted to major in and
if any of us wanted to be firefighters.
Then they ate the food, and said they
liked it. They also took a picture with us
before we left.
