statement, You have to come up with solutions for

 Why is it important to set goals for yourself?
 Setting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge, and
helps you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the very most of your life.
 What is the definition of goal setting?
 The definition of goal setting is the process of identifying something that you want to accomplish and establishing
measurable goals and timeframes.
 How do I go about achieving it?
 Set goals in writing, make an action plan. Stick to it.

VALUES
 A belief in action or a choice that individuals make (consciously
or sub consciously) about what is good or bad, worthy or not
worthy, important or not important.
 Everyone has certain innate personality traits, One of the
decisions that we as an adult has to make is about what
organization we will choose to work with and therefore quickly
determine the extent to which its values are aligned / broadly
consistent with ours.
 Organizational Value is about behaviour of people in an
organization.

INTERESTS
The job you take up should be interesting enough to keep you
going. Now it might not always be possible that you get the most
interesting work in your field of expertise. You might have to
earn it. Be Patient till you get there.
It is in your hands to make your Job or work more interesting for
you.
Distinguish between JOB and the WAY you do it.
Every Job will have an aspect that will be unpleasant.
Self motivate and get through it with a smile.

VISION
Three simple tests that can help you determine whether your vision is real and good are
1. The memorable test
 Read it out to your mum. If she cant repeat it back to you word for word, its too long or too Vague.
2. The concrete test
 Ask your ten-year-old nephew to draw it. If he cant, its too Abstract.
3. The inspiring test
 Ask your gen-y cousin if it makes him sound like a cool place or cool work. If they say no, its too Dull.
