About Us Integrated Corporate Services Limited (ICS Limited), incorporated in August, 1994 has been at the forefront of HR-related consultancy services. Our services range from resourcing to talent development and management. Our initial focus was on support staff management. Based on our success in this area and requests from our clientele, we have since expanded to professional recruitment and have included fleet management into our business portfolio. Areola Mr. Femi Olatide (Managing) Our Executives Femi Olatide Mr. Olatide is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with extensive experience in administration, finance, accounting, audit and marketing. His audit and banking career, which spanned over 10 years, gave him the necessary exposure in management advisory services, fleet management and human resources management. He also holds the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) designate and an MBA from University of Calabar. He was previously the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the company before he became the MD/CEO. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
Adedayo Eyiowuawi Mrs. Eyiowuawi, a graduate of Yaba College of Technology with specialization in Secretarial Administration, started her career with African Development Consulting Group as a Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in 1992. She was seconded to ICS Limited at formation in 1994. She has MBA in Management from University of Calabar. She is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School, Lagos and currently in charge of Operations and Support. Femi Akeredolu, MBA, FCE, FCAI, ACA, ACTI Mr. Akeredolu is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. He is a full member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria with vast experience and competence in handling complex situations. He has an Economics background from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and has since become a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Femi Akeredolu has worked in various strategic capacities in different companies. He holds an MBA from University of Lagos and has a pragmatic approach to life. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and currently in charge of Finance and Administration of Integrated Corporate Services Limited, Lagos. Peter Akindeju Mr. Akindeju is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Commerce, Nigeria. He had an engineering background from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife; he has deployed his analytical and problem solving attributes in versed and varied positions covering Training, Recruitment, Operations and Business development. He was the Head, Operations for Quixon Consortium before He joined ICS LTD. Mr. Akindeju is presently in charge of the Corporate Services Department of the company, providing leadership & drive for the training, professional resourcing, business development and ICT teams of the company. Peter Akindeju is an alumnus of the European Management Development Institute and a Professional Member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
Joseph Omotunde Mr Omotunde holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nassarawa state University, Keffi. He is also an Associate of the Institute of chartered Economist of Nigeria (ACEN) a Certified ISO internal Auditor. He started his career in 1998 with Apple Crown Insurance Limited as a Marketer. His experience cuts across Insurance, Aviation and the Shipping sectors. He is vastly experienced in handling complex issues. He is at the moment Head of Legal and Compliance.
