Libas Designs Private Limited is a clothing company with 100 employees and 6 stores in Mumbai and other Indian cities. It is led by CEO Riyaz Gangji and designer Reshma Gangji. The company produces 20,000-25,000 pieces annually for its own stores and major retailers. Libas specializes in western, contemporary, and Indian mens and womens wear. The company sources fabrics internationally and has production facilities in India and Dubai. Future plans include expanding retail space and entering new markets.

ABOUT US Libas Designs Private Limited is a corporate house employing around 100 employees and has a corporate structure. Riyaz Gangji is our CEO and Chief Designer assisted by Reshma Gangji. We are currently present with 6 standalone outlets in high street locations in Mumbai and one in Dubai. We are relocating our stores in Delhi, Thane, Mulund and Navi Mumbai. Under Different JVs We have added 3 stores this season; Raipur, Ludhiana and Pune. Our production facilities are located in Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi and Dubai. At present our production capacity is up to 20,000 to 25000 Pieces which we are selling through our retail stores and also supplying to Globus, Shoppers Stop, Marriott, Jet Airways, Reliance, Pantaloons and other retailers. 2
Libas Riyaz Gangji label specializes in western contemporary and ethnic Indian men's and women's wear. Made to orders of Business Suits, Shirts, Trousers, Sherwanis, light range of indo-westerns, Kurtas, designer wedding suits, fine men's business suits, formal shirts and trousers. We also have a sub-brand that does formal men and women shoes and accessories. RIYAZ GANGJI After a year in Hong Kong , under Shenzhen tailors Riyaz Gangji returned to Mumbai The First store of Libas - Riyaz Gangji was started in 1996 with four tailors. Libas is one of the most recognized names in wedding wear in Mumbai and has a client base of 40000 families who have shopped in Libas for weddings in the last 15 years. Always knowing that designing was her future she started her career with a graduate degree in textiles from Nirmala Niketan. She followed up her degree with a course in designing. While her degree courses gave her a strong base in textiles with an intrinsic knowledge of fabrics. SACHIN DEWAN Libas has reached this level of success under the guiding hand of Mr. Sachin Dewan, an entrepreneur with 22 years of experience in the international market, who has been entrusted with the expansion of the brand into the global market. Marketing Strategy Libas is a preferred label amongst stars in the Indian Film Industry, Times Now anchors have donned Libas Riyaz Gangji for Diwali Mahurat Trading for the last two seasons. Maestro A.R . Rehman s first international video makeover was a Libas coup. Popular TV anchor Kapil Sharma doesnt go on the sets without a Riyaz Gangji Jacket. Over the last 15 years we have intensely marketed Libas connecting with Fashion weeks, IPL matches and Social programs as well as Luxury brands like BMW, Videocon etc. and popular tv shows such as Sasuraal Simar ka and Desh ki beti Nandini where the central characters have donned Libas .Among one of our most prominent campaigns was our cross publicity for the movie VEER.starring Salman Khan and Zarine Khan. Production Process Mr. Riyaz Gangjis team personally sources fabrics from international markets to ensure that the best quality is acquired at the lowest costs. A team of highly talented and experienced designers puts together the designs, which are finally approved by senior merchandisers before they are displayed in the stores. The Production managers look after the entire process of the crafting of the garments as per the requirements of the client and are assisted by skilled tailors and artisans. Riyaz and Reshma Gangji keep abreast with the manufacture of the product to ensure the quality and standard of the design. Riyaz and Reshma Gangji dedicate more time in fashion forecasting and handling PR along with mentoring budding designers. 19
