- 1. Hello, my name is Sophia Lovella, and I am a recent Communications graduate from Colorado State University. I would describe myself as a creative and passionate relationship developer, striving to build a long-lasting career in the field of life coaching and public speaking. Until then, I aim to gain experience while working for a large cooperation in the field of either social media marketing, recruiting, sales, or public relations. I have demonstrated the ability to flourish in competitive environments, via self- motivation and determination while spending twelve years training in martial arts and earning black-belt in Tae-kwon-do. My physical training in martial arts as well as dance, has allowed me the opportunity to teach self defense and studio dance at venues including Colorado State University, Canyon Concert Ballet, and The Club at Old Town, as well as private individual lessons. Teaching classes has served as an outlet for me to be able to harness my sociable people skills and strong work ethic, while also proving that I am an effective motivator and coach. Physical ability aside, I have also expressed the ability to build and maintain relationships, communicate effectively, and creatively adapt to new environments by successfully starting and managing my own small social-media marketing company while simultaneously attending university. I managed social media marketing accounts for various local companies including Source-Point Community Acupuncture, Urban Lotus Salon, and Ras-ka Ethnic Cuisine. By providing data analysis and monthly reports, I have proved to successfully increase client online following and activity by over 50% on average. I believe that everyone already has greatness within themselves, and within the companies and organizations they represent. I flourish when assisting others in the discovery of what truly stands in the way of achieving that greatness, while organizing a path to successfully break
- 2. through these barriers. Whether someone strives to better market their company, or train to become a better dancer, I flourish when assisting others to flourish, and I feel as successful as the day I received my Black Belt that I so persistently trained for.
