Requirements for Christopher’s Place
Employment Academy Coaching Session
• Coaching based on the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ 4.0 and the Career
Guiderâ„¢ was requested through Dr. Charles Hicks for participants at
Christopher’s Place Employment Academy
• The WorkPlace™ will be used to facilitate understanding of their own
personality traits for each participant
• Coaching using the Career Guider™ will help each participant identify job
preferences in regard to:
• Focus
• Content/Interests
• Roles
• Style/Preferences
• Vocational Abilities/Talents

• To meet your requirement for helping individuals understand their own
personality traits, CentACS is proposing to provide a personality
assessment, the WorkPlace Big Five Profileâ„¢ 4.0
• To meet your requirement for helping individuals with career planning,
CentACS is proposing to provide the Career Guider Reportâ„¢ and Career
Planning Workbook
• Your coaching sessions will be facilitated by Dr. Charles Hicks, certified
WorkPlaceâ„¢ consultant, and will comprise:
• Explanation of the WorkPlace™ Trait Report for each participant
• Interpretation of the Career Guider Report™ for each participant
• Guided exercises with the Career Planning Workbook to identify
jobs that best express the strengths, interests, and personality of
each participant
