This document outlines the task and effort estimation for changes to the phase and bill type in the PM/DM version. It includes three changes that need to be implemented: 1) Validation for phase and bill type comparison between PMDM/Execution which requires alignment with existing functionality without impact. This is very complex and will take .5 days for analysis, 1 day for design, 3 days for development, and testing will occur after go-live. 2) Indent validation for RLS split functionality which will store data in a table. This will take .5 days for analysis, 1 day for design, 2 days for development, and 2 days for testing. 3) Creation and updating of the current version which requires budget check implementation
