The document outlines a team assignment from a crash course on creativity at Stanford University. The team, CREATEAM, is addressing the problem of sleeping problems caused by working a lot, pressure, and family expectations. They used brainstorming techniques like the 6 hats approach and mind mapping software to generate over 100 unique ideas classified into 7 categories: work related, home/bedroom related, health related, mind/strengths related, food related, habits, and rituals.

2. SLEEP PROBLEM
OUR TEAMS : PROBLEM DEFINITION
Working a lot and under pressure can cause
sleeping problems. Also family expectations on
your time can also add to it.
Our team decides to address this issue
holistically looking at all factors and possible
solutions.
3. BRAINSTORMING
We used 6 hats approach to brainstorming
Since our team members are all in different times
zones, we did this separately and collated using the
Conversations platform.
We got almost 130 plus ideas but there were some
similars or duplicates
End of it we are happy we got 100 plus unique
ideas
4. MINDMAP
Used Freemind software to prepare mind map of all
our ideas
We found we could classify our ideas under the
following 7 basic level-1 nodes
Work place related
Home/bed room related
Health related
Mind/strengths related
Food related
Habits
Rituals
