The Situation
When we complete our studies and come out to look for a job or rather dream job
then we face the industry. It is a change of state for us or change of world from
student life to become a professional or an employee.
This is like a crossing a bridge connecting student life and professional life and the
key is how smartly we cross this bridge.
A lot of efforts is required in this transition from education world to industry
where we face the ground reality and need to learn how to proceed.

We usually underestimate ourselves and think that we cannot do better than those who are
in the silver lining and got the first placement but actually struggle makes us shine more.
Every individual has got some or the other strength area where one can contribute better
than the others.
