General The Concept of CRUZEX V will introduce a scenario which requires Air Operations planning and conducting, based on a small-scale conflict, with a CJTF/JFAC/CAOC structure, settled at Natal AFB. During CRUZEX V Air Forces from Argentina, Chile, France, Peru, Uruguay and United States will deploy units and personnel to Brazilian territory.
