Key Actions We will drive performance We will look hard at third rail issues We will be visible, approachable and inclusive We will be devastating on poor performers and personal misconduct We will partner with Sec Donley and his successor to stop the slide and regain our stature as professionals and as uncompromising Joint warfighters 5
