This presentation discusses a proposed Culinary Arts Centre in Nepal. It begins with an introduction to culinary arts and why this centre would be more than just an academy. It then provides background on food trends globally and in Nepal. The presentation justifies the importance of the centre for preserving culture, providing income, and creating a Nepali identity worldwide. Goals are outlined like equipped research labs, classrooms, and media spaces. Possible locations like Lainchaur are suggested. The presentation concludes with discussing literature reviewed and probable case studies to research like institutes in Spain and the US and existing centres in Nepal.

Culinary arts, in which culinary means "related to cooking", are the arts of
preparation, cooking and presentation of food, usually in the
form of meals.
Not a mere Culinary Academy
is a culinary foundation which acts as a training, research and innovation
project.
It aims at developing the culinary sector, with the idea of relating cooking with
management, media and other principles.
