Introduction

 Culinary arts, in which culinary means "related to cooking", are the arts of
preparation, cooking and presentation of food, usually in the
form of meals.
 Not a mere Culinary Academy
 is a culinary foundation which acts as a training, research and innovation
project.
 It aims at developing the culinary sector, with the idea of relating cooking with
management, media and other principles.

Objective And Goals
Firstly, to provide design solutions of incorporating a culinary centre as a new public food plaza in the
heart of the city.
To provide spaces for well equipped, technologically advanced research labs where experimentation
and new innovations can be made to promote the local culinary art.
To provide vertical small scale farms so that any spice or vegetables can be grown within the complex
and a restaurant so that the building is self-sufficient

Objective And Goals
 To create a library of all the food custom and traditions of
the Nepalese people
 To provide modern classrooms both theoretical and
practical knowledge to student and conduct workshops for
the start up and young entrepreneurs.
 To provide a space for exhibition of the innovations and
cuisine in a proper permanent space.
 To initiate the cooking shows that may be of professional
chefs or local food artists. (small Scale)
 To create a small office for bloggers and content makers
who wish to persue food media.
 To provide spaces for interaction between public,
journalists, students, tourists and general public, such as a
food court, conference halls, etc.
