- 3. Party Time March Letter from the editors. Dear Sirs and Madams, We are pleased to present you with our third edi- tion of the Culture Agenda. This one is shorter be- cause in March there arent a lot of festivals. We looked for information but not every village has a festival calendar. In the end we tried to finish it an- yway. There are different types of festivals but not all of them are very important, there are just com- petitions and small, local celebrations. At the be- ginning of the month, there are still two villages that celebrate the Carnival festival that started in February. We hope you find our information useful. Until next month!
