This curriculum vitae provides personal and professional details about Ibrahim Abdel Latif S.Omar. He received his BDS in Oral and Dental Surgery from Cairo University in 1993, followed by an HDD in Endodontics, Fixed Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry from Cairo University in 1998, and an MSc in related specialties from Cairo University in 2007. He has over 15 years of experience working in hospitals and private practice in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, specializing in endodontics, fixed prosthodontics and operative dentistry. Currently he works as an endodontist at a dental center in Saudi Arabia.

SKILLS : I am proud to say that one of my strongest points is my interpersonal skills & enjoy meeting people from different back grounds. I feel privileged that they share their stories with me. I always had an excellent relationship with my patients & their families. Since, I am quite skilled in the most recent rotary NiTi root canal instruments (ProTaper , K3, RaCe, Endo Sequence, NRT , HeroShaper systems) used in preparing difficult, severally curved & narrow root canals of molar teeth, in treatment of open apex cases of upper anterior teeth and Endodontic surgery (Periapical curettage, apicectomy, retrograde filling¡­).
I am also very experienced in FPD with special interest in management of mutilated teeth. Further more, I had an excellent result in tooth coloured restoration. WORK EXPERIENCES : Currently,Endodontist in Bisha Dental Center, Ministry Of Health, Aseer Region, KSA since May2008 Private practice, I started practicing privately in Kaliob since 2002. I choused this location because of an under privileged area with lack of services. It is also not far from where I grow up. I have about 200 families on my books. Some of them, I have been looking after since the 90's. (2001-2008), Endodontist in Dental Department at Naser General Hospital ,Kaliobia. (1999-2001), dentist in Dhuba General Hospital, Ministry Of Health, Tabouk Region ,KSA. (1997-1999), dentist in El Takamoul Hospital, Kaliobia. (1995-1997), I worked as a dentist in different Military Hospitals & Clinics during Military Service. (1993-1994), Dental House Officer in Cairo University Hospitals & El Sahel Teaching Hospital. VOLUNTARY WORK : I treat poor patients for free at my private practice especially open apex cases of upper anterior teeth. (1997-1999), I worked part time in El Sharabia Specialized Polyclinic (owned & run by religious charity organization). REFERENCES: Will be presented upon request.
