My role entailed providing leadership to the business development efforts of the organization. As such, I was able to
spearhead the expansion of the charityby putting together successful awareness campaigns and fundraising events that
not only raised the organizations profile as a leader in cancer care, but also opened up revenue streams for the
organizations activities. As a result, an initial revenue of 贈100,000 was realized within the first three months of my
appointment, a 30% increase from the previous financial quarter.

a 贈300,000 (per year) revenue opportunitywith a leading retail chain for the next 5years.

Myrole entailedprovidingguidanceandleadershiptothebusinessdevelopmentandmarketingefforts(fundraising)forthe
organization.Duringmytwo andahalf year stay, I secured30contractslastingbetweenonetofive years withmajordonors
such as USAID, DANIDA, US Department of State, Ford Foundation, Open Society Foundations, etc. This generated
revenue of approximately贈12million between 2012 -2014, an increase of 20% in previous financial years.

this was the launch of the Intercontinental Alliance of Womens networks in Law and Development
