B.R. Dakshayani has over 10 years of experience in nursing and psychology. She has a B.Sc. in Nursing, M.Sc. degrees in Psychology and Nursing (OBG), and a Ph.D. in Psychology. Currently she works as a freelance trainer for soft skills and recruitment processes, conducting classes on communication, interviews, and personality development.
