As House manager, his main responsibility is to ensure the upkeep of the facilities under him. He has done initiatives in terms of review of staffing as well as improvements in the housekeeping management. At the moment, he has submitted a policy on USE OF CCTV that would govern the use and request of CCTV viewing. Jogo also served as the security Manager of one of the branch of SM, Retail Inc. Specifically at SM Manila. As a security manager, he was taught to adopt, implement and recommend security procedures of the bran ch. One of the major accomplishments when he was at SM is when he became part of the DISASTER MANAGEMENT group assigned in the implementation of the program for the company. When he was with Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Manila, Jojos core contribution as member of the management team was maintaining the cleanliness and security of the school. He has also been invited as lecturer in several fora on disaster management and solid waste management within the Colegio.
