Dr. Mohammad Mumtaz Khan is an urban planner and sociologist/demographer. He received his PhD in Sociology/Demography from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. He has over 30 years of experience working on projects in Pakistan related to urban planning, demography, housing, environment, and more. He has authored and co-authored many research papers published in journals and conference proceedings. Currently, he works as an urban planner with the National Development Consultants and teaches at the University of Peshawar.
