The genesis of this presentation was similar named article which was written & published in 2009 in a security journal in India. The article & the presentation is the result of my varied experiences in organizations who handle walk in customers who use hard cash as a medium for transacting their business. I thought of this as I was constantly hobbled by budgetary constraints which lead to the ill availability of skilled manpower coupled with apparent disconnect of the general staff with the security function.
