ProRail, the infrastructure manager of the Dutch railway network, relies on Synergi Life software to help manage risk and ensure safety across its 6,500+ kilometers of tracks. With its previous system, investigations and audits were often not followed up due to a lack of data tracking and reminders. ProRail implemented Synergi Life in January 2005 which aggregates all relevant safety data, enables better tracking of incidents and improvements, and provides insight into key risks. The transition was smooth and historical data was migrated, allowing ProRail to build on past information. ProRail sees Synergi Life as critical to guaranteeing follow up of all incidents.
