• Supervise the installation, inspection, and tie-in of nine miles of 6” and 8” underground gas pipeline.
• Approve WPS and welder qualifications.
• Attend daily safety meetings and approve and sign JSA’S.
• Visual inspection of over 1,500 field welds.
• Approve jeep test of pipe coating and epoxy coating of all field welds.
• Inspect shoring and backfill of all excavations to Cal-Osha compliance.
• Approve all confined space entry permits and ensure compliance.
• Submit daily progress reports to client.
• Coordinate and Liaise with Ventura county inspector
• Witness hydro test of completed pipeline and approve test chart.

• Manage the demolition and installation of the east and west rig cranes on platform Tyonek in the Cook Inlet.
• Develop plans and logistics for the delivery and installation of all materials and equipment for the project.

• Approve and supervise rigging, heavy lift plans, and execution of all lifts.

 Directed an international team for the abandonment of well conductors on the MSP-3 platform in the White
Tiger field, South China Sea.
 Successfully entered a 6 5/8” production casing and abrasive cut through a 5 conductor string out to 120mm.
 Accountable for the coordination and management of Russian, Vietnamese, and English crew members.
 Responsible for the engineering and implementation of technical changes to the manipulator tool.

 Supervised the activities of the sub-contractor crews on Platform Holly prior to commencing new drilling

the jacket trusswork.
 Responsible for securing large packages of drilling equipment onto platforms.
 Assessed work issues such as welding proximity to the well bay, possibility of H2S presence, attention to
platform alarms and occasional work stoppages.
 Coordinated with the electrical sub-contractor, drilling equipment representatives and platform operations
