JOB DESCRIPTION IN DETAILS PT MEDIATAMA BINAKREASI Buyer Management - Responsible for searching and compiling database of buyer of any relevant exhibitions; - Development of buyer management concept, including ground handling management for buyer, such as provision of facilities and infrastructures; - Responsible for technical coordination with related governmental agencies and private companies, such as immigration office, customs and excises, airport management, freight forwarder, travel agent, hotel etc. Project Manager - Preparation of project proposals, both technical proposal and budget proposal - Development of timetable including assignment of related crews; - Coordinating with any related parties, such as hall management, contractor, forwarder, and soon, so as to synchronize the respective perception; - Fully responsible for exhibition operation, starting from preparation of exhibition master design, promotion plan, booth construction, exhibitor, visitor/buyer, to booth dismantling; - Preparation of daily and final report to submit to the management and client.
