Eduardo Colindres Otero is a 34-year-old Salvadoran attorney with extensive experience working for the Salvadoran government and NGOs. He has held positions such as Deputy Minister of Development Cooperation of El Salvador and technical roles supporting international cooperation efforts. He has also volunteered with Amnesty International and Greenpeace. Currently, he works as a consultant compiling information to build consensus on global financial architecture and specializes in international development consulting. He holds a law degree and is a candidate for a doctorate in public administration.
