- 2. Duties & knowledge: Building mechanical services design (HVAC, Plumbing system & FIRE FIGHTING). Site Supervisor Installation of: (Piping fabrication, plumbing systems, FIRE FIGHTING, Duct installation & HVAC systems). Good knowledge of district cooling, heating & heat exchanging systems. Good knowledge of Fire detection equipment, Fire pumps, Landing valves, Hydrant system, clean agent protection system, Siamese connection, etc. Good knowledge for most of manual valves such as Gate valves, Globe valves, none return valves, butterfly valves, Ball valves, etc. Good knowledge for most of HVAC Equipment such as Chiller, AHU, Heat recovery, fans, pressurization fans, FCU & Split Unit. Good knowledge for most of Pump Type, Water Treatment equipment and grease interceptor. Testing and Commissioning works. Good knowledge in Measuring Instruments such as HOOD, Rotating Vane, Manometer, Pitot Tubes, Tachometer, Hydronic Differential Pressure Measurement, etc. Good knowledge of swimming pool & Jacuzzi system.
