 Scaffolding test pre-installed.
 Checkup TAG for scaffold.
 Work with Maintenance supervisor to mountain scaffold from schedule to removed.
Achievement:-
 Create a new process to Inspection the scaffolding.
 A timetable for the removal of scaffolding.
 Installation and removal of scaffolding T/A .
2- Planning Administrator :-(2013-2014).
Job Responsibilities:-
 Cost verification, estimation, invoices as global contractor.
 Blanket older process, reals, tracing.
 Comparisons companies in price.
 Coordinator with SAIBC and contractor foe PR/PO .
 Rotating Mechanical seal repair all SADAF Plant .
 Responsible Taring contractor HSE , Trade test qualification assurance .
Achievement:-
 Assistant in change Blanket older process.
 Retrieval Mechanical seal was missing I have a company contract .
 Taring all contractor long or short term TA &PDD& EPM and MANTC to by qualified work .
 Data basic tracking were established and monitor with Open a file and Log out seals for the
repair and divide any one location of the plant and part number and try to add all the old
seals have a contractor do not exist is not in the factory our warehouse that improve our
record and resulted
 New process by linking all M/S required with SAP W.O.
 Track beyond repair M/S and scrap it through proper channels.
 Bridge the gap and communicate with MM to replenish.
 Recovery of 18 M/S, which exceed 4years with vender

Job Responsibilities:-
 Participate in daily Gate Keeping-2 Meeting lead by Supt. to discuss new notifications.
 Plan job by converting MN to PM Order after - [10~20% of daily time=D-90~100 Min]
 Assessing job requirement
 Identifying and booking manpower required
 Identifying and booking material
 Identifying and booking services
 Schedule jobs by
 Assigning basic start and finish dates
 Selecting each operation type, e.g. internal/external
 Selecting craft for each operation
 Selecting number of craft for each work center
 Duration of each operation
 Selection of suitable services for external services.
 Create suitable settlement rule.
 Create sub order for OUT SIDE SERVICES.
 Create the sub orders for CINNTERAL WORK SHOP
 Daily Close the Order after Confirmation By Suprv.
 Align Next day’s job taking Operation & execution team feedback in daily planning [12:30] meeting.
Update schedule, discuss the issues, give the next day plan.
 Preparation and alignment of Maintenance Daily Schedule.
 Attend Toolbox meeting – [should be alternate day]
 Generate 60 days look ahead draft plan and Getting feedback from operation, execution on draft
weekly schedule.
 Lead weekly planning meeting with Operation and Execution team.
 Determine the available & Planned M.hrs for planning Maintenance activity.
 Preparation of Maintenance Weekly Schedule.
 Preparation of Weekly Schedule for CWS and OSS.
 Participate in weekly CWS+OSS meeting for Weekly Schedule finalization for CWS and OSS.
 Communicate with CWS and C&OS for job updates.
 Coordinate with operation/tech. support for scope of work/recommendation for Work orders.
 Next week material MIV printing and giving to Material Handler.
 Last week unused material MRV preparation & giving to Material Handler.
 Maintenance KPI data collection, reporting and displaying in zone shop.
 Generate Time line for major maintenance activity using Microsoft project or Excel program
showing planning vise actual work.
 Worked as Admin Assistant in Al ARRAB contracting company from Jan 2011 until March 2012.
