Job Description:
- To continuously provide high quality over the phone processing service to achieve maximum
customer satisfaction within the specified Service Level Agreements.
- Serve UAE Personal Banking, Advance and Premier customers by building rapport and showing
empathy to customers in line with HSBC’s CS quality targets.
- Take ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct
the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.
2. Back office Assignments:
1. One month full time assignment supporting HSBC UAE Account Opening department, checking
and rectifying scanned account opening documents by branch staff and verifying CRS (common
reporting standards) document sent by customers for Tax reporting, and reporting back to front
line staff if discrepancies were found in the paper work.
2. Two weeks part time assignment supporting HSBC Egypt Account Servicing department, acted as
checker for KYC form submitted by customer and matching information on form with
information put on system by makers, and to work with makers to rectify wrong information on
system or communicate to branch if any required information related to the customer is
missing.
