(Planning, Purchasing & Inventory Controlling)
Planning:
Prepare report of total packaging material required by receiving monthly sales order and export
shipment schedule.(ERM & Excel Base)
Prepare report of shortage or availability of packaging material required against demand.
Report to management (Mngr Purchase) regarding availability of packaging in comparison to
monthly sales order and shipment schedule.
Prioritizing and co-coordinating work as per given shipments dates in a changing environment.
Obtain quotations for the purchase of goods and services (For New Jobs of Clients).
Review of purchasing arrangements with suppliers including price, delivery, performance and
discounts to achieve reduced supply chain costs.
Purchasing:
Create Material Purchase requisition of (PR) goods approved to purchase.
Create Purchase Order against purchase requisition raised.
Issuing Purchase Order and following up with vendors about delivery schedule via meeting,
emailing & telephonic conversation to ensure timely goods to be receive.
Prepare PO balance report to review check and balance of ordered material.
2. Inventory Controlling:
Prepare GRN (Good Receipt Note) against PO Issued to vendor after quality approval of goods.
Goods issue to production using FIFO system against demand by updating Stock Cards (Bin
Cards).
Issue goods from inventory software (ERM) & on excel on daily basis to maintain ledger.
Review of material ledger, either it has sufficient stock or not by using excels formulation.
Stock talking of running itemson monthly basis to be prepare for audit and terms.
Maintaining the stock report (More than 800 Items) by issuing and receiving of goods on daily
basis.
Ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines.
