Projects Project Management Application
Our team designed and developed a system wherein projects were tracked traditionally as in
normal PM applications. However, this was linked to resource availability in the day/ week/ month.
This application produced reports every four hours on how resources were being used (or were
idle), what percentage of the project (as opposed to effort) was completed, etc. This immediately
put an end to common situations in development where individual planned hours closely coincided
with actuals, but projects invariably ran late. This method of tracking spotlighted very quickly causes
for delay (client turnaround on queries, unclear requirements, non specific tasking, poor coding
efficiency etc). Most importantly, it showed very early that projects were running into trouble and
where the problem was occurring so that Project Managers could intervene quickly.

Our team designs, develops and maintains a system to manage all the In-house security devices
centrally and in real-time.
