Project Description: UPC Netherlands was the second largest cable operator in the Netherlands, providing cable
television (digital and analogue), broadband Internet, and telephone service to both residential and commercial customers.
In early 2015, UPC Netherlands started merging with Ziggo. The name UPC was finally phased out in favor of Ziggo on 13
April 2015. Now it is known as Ziggo. In this Project, we tested New CRs related to CRM, Rating, Reports and Billing.
