A responsive marketing hub was proposed which would be the entry point for existing as well as potential customers. A scalable solution of modules and templates for building different pages of the marketing hub was designed. Work as a UX designer with an agile team along side a UX manager, visual designers, content strategist and BAs. Define requirements and identify and create unique modules and templates for those requirements. Create and the annotate high fidelity wireframes and reference to content source. Cre- ate a high fidelity prototype for user testing. Be involved in all design reviews and feedback sessions. Redesign of functionalities for billing and payments Design a responsive user experience for customers and call centre servicing agents to enable consistency while using various media of communication.
