Every school is having a curriculum which tells them
there should be lessons on participation/ orientation
Schools can choose themself about the content.
Provinces are mostly funding (traffic education as
part of this curriculum)
There is a competition between road safety agencys
(to buy there programm).

A curriculum for 8 grades
Developed in the seventies
