The Digital Lab (D-Lab) Reports System caters to the needs of patients, doctors, labs, lab technicians, and lab receptionists. It offers functionality like appointment scheduling, test ordering and categories, report sharing, and profile creation. The system allows lab receptionists to create patient profiles and test orders, technicians to perform tests and upload results, patients to view and share reports with doctors, and doctors to access patient reports. The D-Lab system aims to improve the diagnostic lab process through digitalization, cloud storage of reports, and easy sharing of test results between patients and their doctors.

Test results are uploaded against the Test Order, an email alert goes to the Patient. The patient can see his/her Test Report or share the same with the Doctor. Lab admin manages the Test Categories, Test Master details along with the pricing. Patient comes to the Lab, to get the test done as per the Doctors prescription and get the reports published or made available in his account with the D-LAB Reports System. Doctors can view the Test Results over D-LAB Reports System as shared by Patients.
