This document provides an overview of a seminar on PRINCE2Agile. The seminar objectives are to provide insight into what PRINCE2Agile will and will not cover. It aims to explain how PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies can be blended, playing to the strengths of each. Guidance is given on areas that can be tailored when combining PRINCE2 processes with Agile behaviors and techniques. The document emphasizes that PRINCE2Agile guidance shows how to integrate Agile ways of working into existing PRINCE2 practices.
