The children practiced descriptive writing by describing what their classmates look like and asking interview questions. Ms. Goldberg is giving announcements to students about using the library. She will take the students to the juvenile section after their activity. Students can occasionally check out books from the upper level but most books are also in the juvenile section. The first challenge is to memorize the library's website to check if a book is available. Students can check out books with Ms. Shorter if the main line is long. Students should bring a book every time if they don't need a new one. Books can be checked out for 2 weeks and renewed if needed. For safety, students should not tilt back in chairs.
