This document discusses various cases of dropped calls and access failures that were analyzed using TEMS logs and Omega Tool. It examines 8 cases - dropped calls due to voice issues, missing messages, tester errors, interference, IUR, IRAT, missing neighbors, and access failures due to N300 timeouts. UETR said that RNC sent the ASU message but Ue did not received it. Notice that e1d message should not be sent, only one pilot on the Active Set.
