The Lion City Cup Singapore Inter-school Chinese Debate Invitational was held in 2011 and organized by the NUS Chinese Debate Team. The school's Chinese Debate Team defeated Cedar Girls' Secondary to advance to the quarterfinals, and Yang Zi Jiang from Class 303 was named Best Speaker. The team will compete against Nua Hua Secondary on March 12, 2011 for a spot in the semifinals.
