Gained acceptance in the diverse medical community across Ontario and Northern US combating scepticism regarding the lack of a Nursing or Health Practitioner designation. Designed the vision, goals and composed the ambitious business plan, consistently meeting the defined objectives, requiring the hiring of 4 additional staff including a Nurse, Vocational Specialist and 2 Administrators to cater to the rapid growth.
