Over the course of my career I’ve reviewed the performance of countless software testing organizations, test teams, and testers looking for ways we can improve. Typically, the first suggestion when asked "how can we improve the state of testing here", usually relates to something that OTHER people should do. Very few people or teams take an introspective approach to improvement based on their own values and principles.
